The Eye of The Fucking Storm.

2017 is the eye of the storm.

 

2016 for me was filled with quick hits of “ups” and many downs.

Even though I’ve hit many of my goals, my major regret is that I went ghost on social media just when I was about to gain some traction – all organically.

The reason why I took a break from social media is because it was draining my energy and pissing me off early in the mornings lol.

I got sick and tired of seeing the same garbage over and over again.

I deleted over 2000 Facebook friends, and any friend request that had something with the word entrepreneur, hashtags like #boss #freedom #digitalnomad,any over use of emoticons (thumbs up & shades)  in it got denied.

Here are some more reasons:

Every day I got served ads of new “high-ticket experts” promising all the monies and freedom if you join a webinar.

On this webinar they then sell a high ticket funnel to get high-ticket clients (via webinars).

Mind is blown…

 

 

The other shiny object was pushing college kids to become a consultant, and advanced consultants to charge premium (with a webinar funnel).

or coaches helping other coaches to help coaches….

This is the same in the fitness industry.

A good marketing expert helps a personal trainer to get more clients in the gym. 2 weeks later, this guy quit his personal training gig to help other personal trainers to get clients and charge more WTF!!!??

Then the cherry on the pie…

I was getting friend requests every day from “experts” like this and when I just casually like their post, I’d immediately get a message “I saw you liked my post about [topic], If you want more info I’d gladly schedule a call with you” WTFF!!

They sell marketing services and funnels whatever, but get “most” of their clients from platforms such as Facebook and Facebook groups.

It also amazes me that the audacity to charge 2K-3K for a fucking landing page and  3K-10K for an optin funnel with a few emails is insane, or managing your social media and all they do is just post 2 pictures a day without a real strategy or end goal for $1500 a month.

How do you know you might ask?

Well, that’s because I do my research.

I am completely aware that I am in proxy competition with people offering this type of stuff, so the best way to get rid of them is by handing out the bug spray, for free.

Here’s what that means.

While they charge $1500, $3k, $5, $10K plus (and getting them mostly from manually prospecting on social media).

I give all my best content away for free, always have.

We’re able to invest in the life time value of our clients by giving away the types of marketing materials and campaigns -up-front – all custom, and for free.

It’s a long-term strategy.

By investing 35% of our budget on advertising – we’re able to get more exposure, and free up time to focus on content, and reaching bigger client-accounts via phone, email and text.

Instead of having to pay $3000 for a simple optin funnel, you’d get it for free.

I know that a good amount people we help build out their marketing strategy, social, and campaigns want to become a client, and possibly want us to build a complete master funnel, and manage their online marketing.

 

 

— 2017 and onward.

I have had much time to think about the direction I wanted to take my consulting company – which is attached to my personal brand.

I made the decision to have a complete brand overhaul.

I deleted all my old content (2013-2016) and start fresh.

This year I want to build out my 1-1 clientele from 12 to 40 – which means my 2017 revenue goal is 2.5MM, from consulting alone.

I’m working pretty hard to personally fill us up with awesome clients, hence the little plug here hehe.

One of my other goals I might tick of my list this year is to startup a gym in Amsterdam, and an Esports company.

It feels as if I’m standing in the middle the storm. I have so much laser focus.

Which was my new years resolution – My goals before anything else.

I need to improve my public speaking, so I’ll probably start Vlogging and doing more LIVE stuff.

Another major goal is to get my body back to where it was early 2016, 90 Kilo’s, pretty big and ripped.

Oh… And I almost forgot to say this. I deleted all social apps from my phone (HUGE time saver!!!) and I can’t recommend it enough to get rid of all these time wasting apps.
